| Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona April 29, 2008 Jerry Dale Raley, 59, of Douglas, AZ, passed away on April 27, 2008. Survived by his wife Kathy, mother Lillian Raley, brother Roger Raley, and sisters, Judy Dutcher and Debbie Howell. Visitation will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 30, with a Funeral Service following at 11:00 AM, at the Laveen Baptist Church, 5036 W. Dobbins Rd., Laveen, AZ.
