PAULINE J. HAMLIN
Mrs. J.R. Hamlin
May 27, 1841-July 5, 1924

The remains of Mrs. J.R. Hamlin, a former resident and pioneer of Casa Grande arrived here accompanied by Fred Weaver of Colton, California on July 8th.

The deceased came from here from North Dakota in 1894 and for a number of years conducted a poultry farm at Arizola. Her daughter Mary became the wife of Fred Weaver, now of Colton. The only son is a resident of Ray, Arizona, where he holds a good position. Another daughter resides in California.

The family left here years ago but has always kept in close touch with the valley through relatives of whom a number are still residents of Casa Grande.

Interment took place at the private cemetery of the Weavers at Arizola.
