| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, November 3, 2007 Charles Howard Fritz, 81, of Prescott, Ariz., born in Long Beach Calif., passed away Nov. 1, 2007, at Yavapai Regional Madical Center in Prescott. A celebration of Charles' life will be 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2007, at the Bob Stump VA Chapel in Prescott, Ariz. A private cremation to take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Charles's name to the charity of their choice. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. ----------------------------- Charles Howard Fritz died Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. He was born January 25, 1926 in Long Beach, California; the son of Howard L. and Elizabeth M. (Swank) Fritz. Charles was 81 years old. Charles served his country in the United States Navy and was a member of the American Legion. Charles enjoyed building things, was a problems solver, and doing math problems. He was most proud of his children and family. Charles is survived by his loving and caring wife, Elberta Fritz, of over 61 years; children Philip (Jackie) Fritz of Cypress, CA., and Julia Fritz (John Hendrick) of McKinley Village, CA.; grandson Michael and great-granddaughter Wendy.
