| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Holbrook, Arizona Glenn Albert Burris (October 10, 1909 - February 6, 2010) Glenn Albert Burris, age 100, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010 in Gallup, New Mexico. He was born October 10, 1909 in Omaha, Nebraska to George Burris and Margaret Galager Burris. Glenn resided in Arizona for 70 years; 35 in Northern Arizona. He is survived by 4 children; Georgette Franke, Glenda Lackey, Lois (Karl) Kabert, Glenn Burris, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Karen Burris; 19 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren children; a sister; Ruth Shahan. Glenn was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Vallie R. Burris, and a son, Frank Burris. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 9:30 AM at the Living Waters Church just outside of Sanders, AZ. A viewing will be held Friday, February 12, 2010 from 5-6 PM at the Owens Livingston Mortuary - Holbrook Chapel. |
