| Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, May 16, 2008 Barbara Ann Wichrowski died May 7, 2008, at Prescott Samaritan Care Center. She was born June 29, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Andrew E. and Rose (Latzko) Sekerak. Barbara was 48 years old. Barbara enjoyed winter sports, skiing and was a very good skater. In her early years, she and Mike played on a mixed softball league. She was proudest of her kids. Barbara is survived by her husband, Mike; sons Scott and Phillip; stepchildren Christine and Michael Wichrowski and Tracy Cucori; brother James (Celeste) Sekerak; and sisters Rose Marie Smith and Catherine Susan Marciante; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her sister Jane. Barbara is also survived by special friends Sue Martin and Debbie McFadden. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton, Prescott. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, at the funeral home with a 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008, burial at the National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek, Phoenix. The family suggests memorials in her name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arizona Chapter, 315 S. 48th St, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family.
