Elmer Keith Lofgreen, 69, of Globe died July 29 [2003] at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa. He was born in Chandler and was a lifelong Arizona resident. He was a truck driver for Kevlin Steel and also worked for Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company, Hagen Construction, Cecil Trucking, Dixon Oil and Woodburn Tire. He was a member of the Elks and was a past Exalted Ruler. Survivors include his wife, Elouise Lofgreen of Globe; four daughters and one son-in-law, Debora and Art Savage of Central Heights, Sandra Richardson of Globe, Vicki Lofgreen of Apache Junction, and Sena Rector of Miami; two sisters, Mildred Smith of Miami and Nelda Lofgreen of Tucson; eight grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Funeral service was conducted Aug. 2 at Pinal Mountain Elks Lodge in Globe. Interment was in Old Globe Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lamont Mortuary of Globe. Memorial contributions are suggested to Leading Knights Charity Fund, P.O. Box 2809, Globe, AZ 85502. |
