Suzanne del'Giudice Houghtelin, 55, died Dec. 8, 2002.

Suzanne was a driving force in many people's lives. She touched everyone who knew her and was much loved in return. Suzanne was a traditional and respectful person. She was respected by all who met her. She was intensely loyal to her friends in a way that demanded the best from them as she always demanded the best from herself. She believed in honesty at all times and that being honest was the kindest thing she could do for anyone.

Suzanne had a wonderfully fine sensibility about her. She brought such beauty and comfort into our lives. She raised three beautiful children and accomplished everything she set her mind to. Suzanne lived her life to the fullest everyday, always putting herself out there, taking chances, always learning new things and helping others to see and learn as well. Suzanne was Mor Mor. She was so proud of her children and her grandchildren. Suzanne was the very best friend many of us have ever had. She will missed dearly.

Suzanne leaves behind hundreds of broken hearts, including her best friend and husband, John ;her three intensely proud children, Bill, Ana and Sarah and three beautiful grandchildren, Zella, Mia and Eidan and another grandchild due in January.

A memorial service was held Wednesday, Dec. 11 at the Mor Mor Library Coffee House in Pinetop. A memorial service will also be held at the Irish Cultural Center in Phoenix at sunset Saturday, Dec. 14.

Owens Mortuary of Show Low is handling the arrangements.
