Jesse Clinton Moore of Aguila died Thursday, July 15, 1993, in Wickenburg. He was 81.

Mr. Moore, an Arizona native, was born into a pioneer ranching family of the Aguila-Congress area on Nov. 21, 1911.

He served many years as a cattle inspector in western Arizona along the Colorado River.

He had been a member of Parker Elks Lodge 1929 and liked to hunt, trap and fish. Mr. Moore received an honorable discharge as a Tech 5 from the United States Army. He served in the South Pacific during the World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Geneva P. Moore, of Aguila; nephews and nieces Roy and Kathy Moore of Congress, Robert Green of California and Carol Green of Prescott, and Carl and Lois Hilliard of Prescott; brother-in-law Ver... Green of Prescott; several grandnieces and grandnephews. Services were held Monday, July 19, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wickenburg, with Brother David Wheatfill officiating.

Visitation was held at the Wickenburg Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday. Interment is at the Aguila Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wickenburg Nursing Home, 520 Rose Lane, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 or to the charity of one's choice.

All arrangements were handled by Wickenburg Funeral Home.
