Prescott - Albert R. Joiner, 47, died Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.

Born in Prescott, he lived in Humboldt and worked as an operating engineer with the Dick Richards Sand and Gravel Co. of Humboldt. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ruffner Funeral Home here with military burial to follow in the Veteran's Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Roberta; two sons, Thomas of Lubbock, Tex., and Albert Jr. of Phoenix; one daughter, Bonnie Jean Joiner of Phoenix; his mother, Iva Joiner of Mayer, and a brother Frank of Phoenix.
