John King was given graveside military honors

Members of the American Legion conducted graveside military rites in the Wickenburg Cemetery Wednesday afternoon for JOHN KING who died in the community hospital last Saturday evening following a heart attack.

Rev. Dean McMann previously conducted services religious rites in the Wickenburg Chapel.

Mr. King, 73, had been a resident of Desert Cypress Trailer Ranch for the past seven years. Prior to that he was the maintenance man at the Castle Hot Springs Hotel for 12 years. He had been a resident of Arizona since 1912. Born in Tonnville, Pa., in 1889, Mr. King was a veteran of World War I and at one time was a logger in the Northwest.

He had no known survivors.
