Services Sunday for Mrs. Hammon

G.B. Huthmacher of the Church of Christ conducted funeral services for Mrs. MINNIE HAMMON in the Wickenburg Chapel at 1 o’clock last Sunday afternoon.

Burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery.

Mrs. Hammon, 78, died in arrest home in Reedley, Calif., Thursday afternoon of last week. Born in Little Rock, Ark., in June of 1884, Mrs. Hammon later lived in Brownsville, Texas, and moved here from that city 36 years ago.

Her husband W.D. Hammon, died here 5 years ago. She had lived in California for the past year and one-half.

Survivors, include three sons, John William (bill) of Mansfield, O., Floyd of Blythe, Calif., and Davis W., Jr., of Oroville, Calif.; four daughter, Mrs. Mildred Taylor of Reedley, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Hanna of Ilo, Peru, Mrs. Ann Faucy of Durham, N.H. and Mrs. Rose Harrison of Fresno, Calif.; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
