| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona October 7, 1971 Vera L. Thompson - Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Redeemer Lutheran Church here for Mrs. Vera L. Thompson of Yarnell, who died October 2 in Community Hospital at age 56. Burial was in Phoenix. Mrs. Thompson and her husband Grant owned and operated the Ranch Market in Yarnell. They formerly operated a motel and restaurant in Phoenix, where they had moved to in 1950 from Minnesota. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, her mother and five sisters and two brothers. Twelve grandchildren also survive. |
