| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona February 27, 1972 Elmer Tyree – Services for Elmer T. Tyree, 85, were held at 10:30 a.m. in the Buckeye Funeral Home. Burial was at Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery in Buckeye. Mr. Tyree, born in Springfield, Mo., was a resident of Arizona since 1918. He died Thursday at Wickenburg Hospital. He lived in Palo Verde for 30 years until moving to Yarnell in 1958. For the past three years, he was a resident of Wickenburg. Survivors include his wife, Ophelia; four sons, Clifton of Buckeye, William and G.W., both of California, and E.T. of Buckeye; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Fanger of Pacific, Mo., and Mrs. Minnie Vannerson of Coolidge, 22 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. |
