Charles Hopper, 64, died at his home here in Wickenburg May 14.

Born July 28, 1907 in Kansas, Mr. Hopper had been a resident of Wickenburg for the past five years, moving here from Colorado where he had worked at Mesa Verde National Park. Prior to that he had been a cattle buyer for Hilbert of Denver, and had worked both for the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroads. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife Clara; and one brother, Lewis Hopper of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

Funeral services were to be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home with burial following with full Military rites at the Wickenburg Cemetery.
