| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona December 21, 1972 Dixie Mae Baxter – Services for Dixie Mae Baxter, 43, of Wickenburg, who died here December 14, were held December 16 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Burial followed in Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Baxter a native of Superior and a lifelong resident of Arizona, was a switchboard operator for the telephone company in Prescott before coming to Wickenburg about 13 years ago. She managed Thurber’s Western Wear here for several years. Mrs. Baxter is survived by a son, Danny R., a Seaman with the Coast Guard at Hilo, Hawaii, her mother, Mrs. Henry Breckenridge and a brother, Frank Dickinson of Wickenburg; a sister, Mrs. Nova Brown lives in Prescott.
