Jesse Hamilton

Mrs. Hamilton – Following a requiem mass at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 10 a.m. December 22, burial took place in the Wickenburg Cemetery for Mrs. Jesse Hamilton, resident of Morristown for more than half a century, all those years in Morristown. Her late husband Jack Hamilton was station agent for the Santa Fe Railway throughout that same period and as such both he and Mrs. Hamilton developed a wide circle of friends from all walks of life and all sections of the nation.

Mrs. Hamilton was a charter member of the Soroptomist Club of Wickenburg and served that organization faithfully and in several important capacities. She served for some time as postmaster at Morristown.

Mrs. Hamilton was born September 16, 1896 in Oklahoma.

Surviving are three daughters, Jacque Hamilton of Morristown; Mrs. Jean Dyck of Rimrock, Ariz., and Mrs. Jerry Welch of Los Altos, Calif.
