William (Redband) Judge, age 81, of Paulden, died Monday, April 5, 2004, at the VA Hospital, in Prescott. William was born April 6, 1922, in Montreal, Canada, to Ernest and Annie May (Abrey) Judge.

William served in the United States Army from August of 1940 through April of 1943. William was an Engraver for the Waltham Watch Company. He enjoyed engraving, woodcarving, oil painting, and was a muralist. His favorite expression was, "Kindness, love and understanding.

William is survived by his wife, Saveria; daughters, Patricia and her husband, Brian Camara and Marjorie LaForest; sons, Ernest (Billy) and his wife, Jenny, and Arthur; along with ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 7, in the Fort Whipple Chapel, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Prescott. Father Gerald Caffrey, C.M.F., was the celebrant. Full Military Honors were presented by the American Legion Honor Guard, Post #6.

The Hampton Funeral Home, of Prescott, assisted the family with the arrangements.
