| Former Globe resident Ray Steven Salcido, 41, died Aug. 22, 2003, in California. He was born in Globe and had resided in California for 17 years. He was a Navy veteran and worked for Sun Rise Assisted Living as lead maintenance. Survivors include six daughters, Katrina Salcido, Teresa Salcido and Danielle Salcido, all of Bozeman, Mont., and Stefani Salcido Hurtado, Valeria Hurtado and Monica Hurtado, all of San Diego, Calif.; one son, Mark Hurtado of San Diego; his mother and stepfather, Margaret and Arnold Salazar of Globe; his father and stepmother, Ralph and Mary Salcido of Globe; two sisters, Crystal Reynolds of Globe and Kathryn Thinnes of Lakeside, Wash.; and Lori Dawn Salcido of Bozeman and Maria Hurtado of San Diego. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Globe Cemetery. Miles Funeral Services of Globe handled arrangements. |
