Willis Donald Heilmann

Willis Donald Heilmann, 93, passes away on Nov. 28, 2002 in Blythe, California. Born on Oct 14, 1909, in Quenemo, Kan., Willis served in the US Army and Navy. He was stationed at Fort Kearns during World War II. He worked as a track hand for the AT &SF Railroad and alos a train and shove foreman for Kennecott Copper. Willis was a very long adn caring father, husband and grandfather. He was a third degree Mason in Melver, Kan. lodge. His hobbies included fishing and playing golf with his wife. He also loved coahcing and playing baseball and playing pinochle. He met and married Betty-Jo on June 5, 1946, in Topeka, Kan. Wills will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by wife, Betty-Jo Heilmann, of Earp, Calif,; sons, Elwin (Sherrie) Heilmann, of Taylorville, Utah; Wayne (Jan) Heilmann, of Rangely, Colo.; daughter, Jan (Bill) Kilpack of West Jordan, Utah,; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services were handled by Frye Chapel & Mortuary.
