| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 06/11/2004 Megan Kathleen Bowles, 20, died suddenly June 3, 2004. She was born in Show Low and attended school here until moving to Oregon in 1996. While starting high school in Oregon, Megan participated in competitive swimming and was on the track team. Megan enjoyed camping and the outdoors. Megan's gift to the world was her contagious smile and her sociability. She had many friends and will be missed by all of them. Megan moved back to Show Low in 2002 and finished high school here, where she also stayed involved with the swim team and track team. Megan is survived by her father, Gary (Virginia) Bowles of Show Low; mother, Catherine (Scott) Brucker of Beaverton, Oregon; one brother, David; grandparents, Orin and Faye Bowles, and Ted Collard; several aunts, uncles and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marcia Collard. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 10 at The White Mountain Bible Church in Show Low.
