| Retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Lyle Lee Thompson, 67, of Seattle, Wash., died Aug. 4 [2003] in Seattle. He was born in Superior and reared in Globe. He was a Vietnam veteran and received various commendations and medals. Survivors include his wife, Mimi Thompson of Seattle; three sons, Curtis W. Thompson of Sierra Vista, Thomas D. Thompson of Brockton, Mass., and Benjamin Thompson of Seattle; one daughter, Karen J. Thompson of Eagle Rock, Calif.; one brother, Aaron Thompson of Scottsdale; one sister, Darlene Reyes of Tucson; and one grandson. |
