| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, June 27, 2008 Alexander M. Kozak, age 79, died June 24, 2008, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. He was born in Hungary Dec 20, 1928. Alexander came to the U.S. in 1957 and came to Arizona in 1996. Alexander is survived by his wife Judith of 46 years; son Terence; daughter Dr. Margaret; and granddaughter Hannah. There will be a memorial service in honor of Alexander 1 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008, at St. Germaine Catholic Church in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
