Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, June 25, 2008 Ernest Ray Fancher, born Aug. 18, 1953, in Flagstaff, Ariz., to Ernest and Norma Fancher, went for his last ride on June 20, 2008. He came to rest at his home with beloved Nancy by his side in Chino Valley, Ariz. Ernie grew up in Wikieup, Ariz., and worked on several ranches before going to work for the Bagdad Copper Mine in 1975 till the present time. He is survived by wife Nancy Fancher of 35 years; daughters, Amanda Fancher and Charlie Marriott, Aubree and Sgt. Timothy Exley; son Jacob Fancher; grandchildren, Mary Marriott, Timothy and Alana Exley; parents Ernest and Norma Fancher; sister Terry and Tom Steinburger; and nephew Todd Steinburger. Ernie was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. The family invites you to an open house to celebrate Ernie’s life at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2008, at 2082 North Road 1 East in Chino Valley, Ariz. Information provided by survivors. |
