| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona May 17, 1973 Services for Harry Zabel, Sr., will be held at the Wickenburg Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. W. Howard Blazer officiating. Burial will be in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Born October 23, 1888, in Quenemo, Kansas, Mr. Zabel moved to Arizona about 45 years ago and to Wickenburg about 40 years ago. In the early days he was employed at Vulture Mine. He served in both the Army and the Navy and saw action in world Wars 1 & 2. He had been residing in a Phoenix rest home since 1968. He is survived by four sons, Frank, Marvin and Joseph of California, and Harry, Jr. of Wickenburg, a daughter Rozella Irene of Sierra Vista, 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
