Services for Frank Halleck Olea, 58, will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Phoenix at the Whitney and Murphy Chapel. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Friday in the Signal Cemetery between Wickenburg and Kingman.

Mr. Olea was born on the family ranch at Burns Springs. A Yavapi and Mohave County Rancher he had been a driver for Arizona Milk transport the past eight years. He had formerly headed the bracer (alien farm labor) program in El Centro Calif., and in Arizona.

He is survived by his wife Cleo; a son, Frank Jr. of Hawaii; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Gonzales of Tucson; six sisters, May Belle Wood of Tucson, Jane A. Kemp of Bagdad, Dora Olea and Patricia Rodgers of Wickenburg, Bebe Clements and Genevieve Crough of Phoenix; two brothers, Gordon and Robert out of state, and four grandchildren.
