Artt, 91, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 8, 1916, in Detroit, Mich., passed away July 12, 2008, at Granite Gate Senior Living Community. Services include a private cremation. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements. ------------------------------------------ Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Ellen G. Artt 12/8/1916 - 7/12/2008 Ellen G. Artt passed away on July 12, 2008 at Granite Gate Senior Living Community in Prescott, Arizona. She was 91 years old. Ellen was born December 8, 1916 in Detroit, Michigan to Ernest Artt & Rose Barbara (Schorn). She worked as a Secretary for General Motors in the Auto Indusrty and was proud of her accomplishments. Ellen moved to Yavapai County in 1978 and was a previous resident of Michigan. She lived in Prescott for 30 years and at Granite Gate Senior Living since 2001. Ellen made many friends that will miss her charm and laughter. Ellen is survived by her brother; Ernest, Janet Artt, White Lake, Mich., sister's, Virginia Martin, Peoria, Ariz., Rosemary Kruse, Lake Forest, Calif.; niece's; Charlene, Michael Roti, Anthem, Ariz., Eilene, Kevin Lohmeier, Shelby TWP, Mich., Dana, Cooper Bayliss, Trabuco Canyon, Calif., Katie, Jim Fish, Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; Nancy, Al Mitchell, Attica, Mich., Marilyn, Mike Wozniak, Washington TWP, Mich., Evelyn, Gordon Brenner of APO, AE; nephew's; Thomas, Sandra Martin, White Lake, Mich., David, Crystal Kruse, Temecula, Calif., Douglas, Andrea Kruse, Boise, Id., Ernie, Fran Artt, Troy, Mich., Steve, Michele Artt, Detroit, Mich., Doug Artt, White Lake, Mich. Along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. |
