For over 30 years, she was the loving wife of her husband, Frank, who survives her. All other family predeceased her. She was born in Charleroi, Penn., on Nov. 20, 1929, the last of three children born to Sheridan B. and Mary E. (Smith) Ross. Eleanor was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, baptized May 21, 1979, and worshipped with the Willow Creek Congregation in Prescott. No services are planned. The Hampton Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
