Robert Clay Baskins, 69, of Paulden, Ariz., born Nov. 12, 1938, in Little Rock, Ark., passed away July 23, 2008, in Prescott, Ariz.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008, at the Heights Church, 2121 Larry Caldwell Drive, Prescott, Ariz.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Chino Valley Food Bank, 1943 N. Voss Drive, Chino Valley, AZ 86323.

Chino Valley Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.

Robert (Bob) Clay Baskins, 69, of Paulden, Ariz., passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2008.

Robert was born in Little Rock, Ark., on Nov. 12, 1938, and had moved to Arizona six years ago from California.

Robert worked as an Aeronautical Design Engineer for 25 years and retired in 2001.

Robert was the son of Millard and Winnie Mae Baskins and is survived by his loving wife Paula; sons Steve and Robert Jr.; daughter Lisa Vargas; sisters Nancy Sumner and Betty Kamisato; sister-in-law Donna Plack; five grandchildren; and family members Mike and Mary Pike. Bob will be greatly missed, but always remembered.

Bob was very much involved with the Chino Valley Food Bank, delivering Meals on Wheels, assisted by Paula. Bob, who was also a valued charter member of the Chino Valley Elks, served as a trustee during the first year of inception. Bob and Paula have been Hospitality Members at The Heights Church of Prescott.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008, at The Heights Church, 2121 Larry Caldwell Drive, Prescott. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chino Valley Food Bank.

Chino Valley Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
