| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, July 22, 2008 Virginia Carol Kennedy, 53, mother, artist, educator, counselor, psychotherapist and mentor, died in her Prescott home on July 2, 2008. Until her untimely death, Carol had an active career in art, education and counseling. She was – and is – an accomplished artist-healer, a beloved teacher and mentor, and a greatly missed mother. Carol leaves behind her loving daughters, Katie and Charlotte of Prescott, Ariz.; mother Ruth Kennedy; brother John Kennedy; niece Becca Kennedy Honeycutt; nephew John Alvin Kennedy; uncle, aunts and cousins. A Celebration of Carol’s life will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008, at the Unity Church of Prescott, 145 South Arizona Ave., Prescott, Ariz. The family will have a private memorial celebration in Sedona, Ariz., later this month. Information provided by survivors. |
