STANLEY C. FRANZEL

Stanley C. Frenzel, 77, a U. S. citizen, although born in Lodz, Poland, died Sept. 2 of a heart attack in Havana while on an educational tour of Cuba.

He was the former owner of the Sylvan Village Apartments and lived her the past eight years.

Mr. Frenzel attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was a graduate of the University of Boston Law School.

He held the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence and practiced law in New York and Massachusetts.

In later years, he engaged in real estate activities mainly on the west coast.

Surviving are his widow, Julia; two daughters, Elizabeth Pribyl, Canoga Park, Calif., and Mary Geiger of Mission Viejo, Calif., and five grandchildren.
