Lucille B. Zielinski went home to be with the Lord on March 14, 2008, passing away peacefully during sleep. She was born May 10, 1916, in Chicago, Illinois, which makes her 91 years young on her date of passing. She was one of eight siblings, including a twin sister, Ann. Her parents were Joseph and Pauline (Martinkus) Budzius.

Lucille enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, reading and attending church at Calvary Chapel, Prescott. She also loved to dance and many a family gathering was brightened by her skilled dance steps while paired with her husband, a brother, a nephew or her son. Lucille was a member of the Telecom Pioneers, arising out of her nearly 35 years of employment as a Pension Analyst with Western Electric Co., Hawthorne Works.

Lucille's greatest love was for her extended family and all remember her kindnesses and devotion.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou (William) Haas, of Grand Marais, MN and her son, Joseph (Trish) Zielinski of Prescott. Beloved grandchildren are Angelo (fiancee Stephanie), Christina and Elizabeth (Josh) Snyder.

Lucille was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward, of 41 years and her parents and siblings.

She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.
