| PAYSON - Mark Steven Cecil, 51, of Payson and formerly of Casa Grande, died Dec. 9, 2006. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. this Friday at Payson Christian Fellowship Church, 700 E. Wade, with Pastor Dale Lewallen officiating. Mr. Cecil was born Aug. 22, 1955 in Kennett, Mo., and came to Casa Grande as a toddler. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School and served in the military from 1973 to 1977. He was a member of the American Legion in Payson and served on the Payson Pro Rodeo Committee. Survivors include a daughter, Megan R. Cecil of Stanfield; a sister, Kathy Risenhoover of Payson; and a brother, Dan Cecil of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix "Toby" and Johnnie Cecil, and a sister, Sally Wright. ©Casa Grande Valley Newspapers Inc. 2007 |
