James Claude Packer

James C. Packer, age 96 years, was born July 23, 1909, and passed away July 23, 2005.

The son of an Arizona pioneer family, he lived in Arizona most of his life.

He was a World War II veteran who served with the navy in the South Pacific.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, and is survived by daughters Karen (Bob) Pouquette and Linda Packer (Alan Lindley). Three granddaughters Lori (Charlie) Palmer, Kelly (Dave) Thomas, Bonnie (Scott) Logerquist. Two great-grandchildren Kevin and Katelyn Logerquist. He is also survived by one brother and one sister and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held in Prescott on Saturday July 30, 2005 at 2 pm in the chapel at Heritage Memory Mortuary.
