John Mathew Lambert

John M. Lambert, age 82, of Prescott, passed away Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, at Whipple VA Extended Care Center. He was born March 14, 1922, with a twin brother George, to Jack and Laura Lambert in Crandon, Wis.
He was a four-year Veteran of the U.S. Air Corps. He was a Prescott business and property owner since 1947. He was owner of the Santa Fe Bar, which later became the Cattleman's Bar & Grill.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie; son, Jess; and sister, Edith. He is survived by sister, Loretta Telecky of Iowa City, Iowa; twin brother, George of Fernley, Nev.; son, Leland of Boulder City, Nev.; daughter, Vicki (James) Jennings of Reno, Nev.; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at 11 a.m., at the VA Chapel in Prescott.

Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post #6 of Prescott.
