| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, August 9, 2006 Leonard Z. Manifee, Sr., age 71, a native of Black Canyon City, Ariz. passed away at home on August 5, 2006 after a long, tough battle with cancer. He was loved, respected and known for his kind generosity and ability to always lend a helping hand. He was preceded by his loving wife, Bertha Manifee in 1999. He is survived by his daughter, Carol (Susie) Hautala; son, Leonard Zane Manifee, Jr., brothers Bob (Doris) Manifee, Rocky (Joyce) Manifee; brother-in-law Thomas (Elsie) Smith, Sr., 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews. Graveside services will be Thursday August 10, 2006 at 2 pm at Mountain View Cemetery, Prescott, Az. In lieu of flowers make donations to Hospice of the Alley, 3238 N. 16th St. Phoenix, Az., 85016-7107. Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Avenue, Prescott, Az. |
