Dorothy Norma (Jessee) Scarbrough

Dorothy Norma Jessee Scarbrough was called home by the lord on April 12, 2007. Dorothy was born in Prescott, Arizona on August 7, 1922. Her parents are Bruce Tivis and Bertha Marie (Rush) Jessee. She married Azzro Scarbrough on June 3, 1940. They were married 54 years.

Six children were born to this couple. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Azzro: sons Sherman and Azzro Logan: and grandson Justin Roth. Dorothy is survived by son Buster B. Scarbrough and Stella: daughters, Joanne Galde and Dan, Phyllis Chandler and Cecil and Alta Jean Fennell and Jimmie Lee. She has 13 grandchildren: 29 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She has two sisters living, Marjorie M. McFarlin and Marilyn J. LeBeau: and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Her family was her life.

In lieu of Flowers, please make a donation to the American Lung Association.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 pm. Wednesday, April 18,2007 at Heritage Memory Mortuary.

Graveside services are 2 p.m. Wed. April 18, 2007 at Mountain View Cemetery.

Arrangements were made by the Heritage Memory Mortuary where there will be the viewing.
