| Martha Belle (Purtyman) Cook Martha Cook, 81 years of age, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 14, 2005. She was a native of Arizona. She was born in Cottonwood on April 13, 1923, to Jesse Elmer and Margaret Elizabeth (Thompson) Purtyman. She is survived by her husband, Gene; daughter, Lagene Wilcox; brother, James Purtyman; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at First Assembly of God Church 1455 Willow Creek Road, Monday January 17, 2005 at 10 am. Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuar, Prescott, Arizona. |
