| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 26, 1976 A two-vehicle accident east of Wenden resulted in the death of a Phoenix man on Wednesday, Feb. 18, Department of Public Safety officials reported. James William Moore, 29, was killed when the truck he was driving was struck head-on by a tractor truck that had crossed the center line, officials said. The driver of the vehicle that struck Moore’s truck was identified as David Richard Noble, also of Phoenix. The accident occurred early in the morning one half mile east of Wenden on U.S. 60. Noble was admitted to Wickenburg Community Hospital with broken ribs, cuts, bruises and scrapes, officers said. |
