Steven M. Rogers died in an automobile accident near Show Low, July 17, 2005.
He was born March 23, 1987 in Show Low, to Homer and Connie Rogers.
Steven was a senior at Round Valley High School. He was well-liked, fun loving, caring and dreamed of someday becoming "great." He always tried to maintain a positive attitude. He loved friends and family. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
His survivors are parents J. Homer and Connie M. Rogers; brothers James H. Rogers and Joshua H. Rogers; sisters Sariah J. Finch and Katie M. Cluff; grandmothers Betty Jean Longhurst and Betsy L. Rogers-Merrill; nine nieces and nephews.
His brother, Kaelsy W. Rogers, died in the accident with him.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 23, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center. He was laid to rest in the Rogers' Family Cemetery in Nutrioso.
Burnham-Jewkes Mortuary of Eagar handled the arrangements.
