Paul R. Schubert, 71, of Prescott, Az., born June 13, 1934, in Prescott, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2005, in Prescott.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Sunday, Oct. 23, at the Hampton Funeral Home.

Graveside services will take place at 11 am on Monday, Oct. 24, at the Mountain View Cemetery.

Paul R. Schubert, age 71, died Oct. 18, 2005, at a local care center. He was born June 13, 1934, in Prescott, to Felix Schubert and Jennie (Perea) Schubert.

Paul graduated from the Bagdad High School and attended Northern Arizona University. He was an outstanding football player for Bagdad High School. He worked for the Bagdad mine for 32 years and retired in 1990. He enjoyed all types of sports on television. He coached Little League and he loved to dance.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Linda Spry of Prescott; two sons, Paul Jr. of Prescott and Mark of Tucson; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one brother, Johnny Schubert of Prescott; and two sisters, Viola Barajas of Prescott and Rose Smith of Prescott.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 23rd, at the Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St.

Graveside services will be Monday, Oct. 24th, at 11 a.m., at the Mountain View Cemetery.

Hampton Funeral Home of Prescott, Ariz. is assisting the family with
the arrangements.
