| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, August 29, 2007 Keith D. Powelson, age 85, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 14, 1922, in Provo, Utah, died Aug. 22, 2007, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at the VA Chapel in Prescott. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1028 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Ariz., 85006, or the American Psychiatric Foundation, 1000 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1825, Arlington, Va., 22209.
