Juanita Maxine Kershner, 79, of Cortes Lakes, Arizona, passed away Friday, February 16, 2007 in Oak Creek Village, Ariz. She was born on November 7, 1927 in Rolan, Kansas to Seagle and Pearl McNeff.

Maxine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by both parents; husband, George D. Kershner; two daughters; Caroline and Connie Kershner; and granddaughter, Michelle René Duffy.

She is survived by daughter, Rita Sue Russell; granddaughters to Terennia Duffy and Jackie Layton; and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. at Heritage Memorial Park Cemetery, Dewey, Arizona, with Rev. Charles Owens officiating.

Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary.
