Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, September 21, 2007 Ruby Bates Baker, 92, of Prescott, Ariz., born in Barnes, Ore., passed away Sept. 20, 2007, at ther home in Prescott. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home asssted the family with final arrangements. ----------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, September 28, 2007 Ruby Bates Baker, 92, passed away on Sept. 20, 2007, in the home of her daughter, Lynn Snodgrass. Ruby was born in Barnes, Ore., and lived most of her life in California prior to moving to Prescott in 1993. She graduated from Inglewood High School and attended USC before marrying the late Glen Ray Baker. Ruby was an avid golfer and bridge player and loved reminising about her unmerous trips to Europe, Asis, Aferica, Latin America, Australia, Alaska and Antartica. She will be missed by her many friends as well as her daughter, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Information provided by survivors. |
