Loretta May (Reyes) Tarango

Loretta May Tarango, 62, of Globe, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Cobre Valley Community Hospital in Globe.

Loretta worked in retail sales for both the Yellow Front and J.C. Penny stores in Globe for 20 years. She also worked in the cafeteria at Globe High School for 7 years. She enjoyed gardening, the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball and Cardinals football teams, spending time with her family, and just being around people in general. She was also voted the 2006 "Mother of the Year" by the local KIKO Radio Station.

She is survived by her husband: Raymond of Globe, daughters: Carol Tarango of Phoenix, Gina(Anthony) Paul of Globe, sons: Raymond, Tony, Mark, Edward(Christine), all of Globe, Gabriel Flores of Mesa, sisters: Betty Dominquez, Gloria Falquez, Connie Anaya, all of Globe, Georgia Polman of Santa Ana, CA., Toni Reyes of Mesa, AZ, brothers: Roy Reyes and Joe Lira, both of Globe, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 13 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. at Holy Angels Catholic Church - Globe. Rosary/Mass will begin at 1:00 P.M. there at the church.

Interment will follow at Globe Cemetery. Fr. Rudy Rosales will officiate.
