Norman Dale Kiener, 76, of Prescott, Ariz., born June 19, 1932, in Maywood, Ill., passed away July 28, 2008, at his home in Prescott.

Military honors will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.

Norman Dale Kiener died Monday, July 28, 2008 at his home in Prescott, Arizona. He was born June 19, 1932 in Maywood, Illinois; the son of Albert and Carmella (Decola) Kiener. Norman was 76 years old.

He enjoyed watching baseball, hockey, and loved to cook. He was a writer, an artist and enjoyed doing some crafts. He was most proud of his family and his dog, Aggie. Norman will be missed by all who knew him.

Norman is survived by his loving and caring wife, Dolores, children; Kim & Joseph Oseiler of Glendale, AZ., Kris & Cheryl Kiener of Tucson, Ariz., and daughter-in-law Cathy Kiener of Fountain Hills, Ariz., grandchildren; Chad, Tara, Christopher, Chrystal, Albert, Jesse, and David, great-grandchildren; Drew, Tyler, Maya, Anthony, and Zack, sister Judy Baungarten of Mesa, Ariz.

He is preceded in death by his son Keith Kiener and sister Sandra Damato.
