| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, September 6, 2007 Jill MacPherson Higgins, 73, passed away in Chino Valley, Ariz., on Sept. 2, 2007. She was born in San Diego, Calif., June 23, 1934. She was the wife of John R. Higgins and the mother of Gary W. Martin, John F. Martin, Michael L. Higgins and David A. Higgins. A private cremation was held.
