Lewis, Jr., 75, of Dewey, Ariz., born April 19, 1930, in Linden, N.J., died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, in Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott, Ariz. Memorial services will be held at 10 am on Friday, Dec. 2, at the Bob Stump VA Chapel on Highway 89 in Prescott with military honors by Honor Detail, American Legion Post # 6. Private cremation at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel. |
