Flora Lee (Bobbie) Mills, 79, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 15, 1926 in Phoenix, Ariz., died Nov. 13, 2005, in Prescott.

A private family gathering will take place at a later date.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family in the arrangements.

Flora Lee "Bobbie" Mills, age 79, of Prescott, passed away on Nov. 13, 2005, at a local care center. Bobbie was born in Phoenix, Ariz., on Jan. 15, 1926. The second of four children born to Sam T. Aiton and
Jewell Burgess Aiton.

The family returned home to Mayer, where Bobbie spent the next 16 years of her life on the family's Angora goat ranch. She ventured to California as a young girl to become a legal secretary. She met and married her lifetime companion, Charley R. Mills in Phoenix.

Bobbie and Charley were blessed five years later when they adopted and raised two children, Randy and Sherri.

The family spent time fishing, hunting, camping and riding motorcycles. Bobbie enjoyed shopping and going out to dinner with her family as well.

She spent endless hours volunteering her gifted abilities doing crafts at several nursing homes around the Prescott area. Bobbie had many Golden retrievers that she adored.

She is survived by her husband, Charley; son, Randy Mills of Phoenix; daughter, Sherri Mills of Prescott; brother, Sam (Lou) Aiton of Phoenix; sister, Emma (Wayne) Doty of Prescott; sister-in-law, Sharon Aiton of Northern California; grandchildren, Emmie Shea, Tiffany, Summer Lynn, Randy and Shane. Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents and
brother, Jack.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Homes assisted the family in making arrangements.
