| Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, December 9, 2005 Janet Butterfield, 76, of Prescott, Ariz., born Oct. 2, 1929, in Norfolk, Neb., died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, in Prescott. Services will be at 2 pm Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 North 108th St., Omaha, Neb. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott, Ariz. ---------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, December 9, 2005 Janet Shively Butterfield, age 76, of Prescott, died on Dec. 4, 2005. Janet is formerly of Omaha, Neb. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, W.S. "Pen" Butterfield II.; her son, W.S. "Bill" Butterfield III and his wife, Sally of Prescott; daughter, Ann Butterfield Bushman and her husband, Terry of Phoenix; and son, Scott Shively Butterfield and his wife, Helen of Arvada, Colo. Janet is also survived by her grand-children, Will, Sean, Sheila, Steven, John and Brian. A celebration of Janet's life will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at the Roeder Mortuary, 2727 North 108th Street, Omaha, Neb. Local arrangements were made by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors. |
