Ida Lee Kelley, 86, of Circle City died December 28 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home.

Ms. Kelley was born November 25, 1904 in Regan, Oklahoma (Indian Territory). She had lived in Arizona for 13 years.

She worked in Washington, D.C. for the War Department’s awards and decorations branch, moving to Tucson in l977 to live with her nephew, the Rev. Jack A. Kelley and his wife.

She moved to Circle City in August 1984, and had lived in My Father’s House Retirement Ranch for two years before suffering a stroke in November 1989.

Ms. Kelley was a member of the Morristown Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by three brothers; George, Sam and William, and three sisters; Myrtle, Ada and Bertha.

Survivors include a niece, Nancy Lewis of San Manuel; two nephews, Jack Kelley of Circle City and James Kelley of Tucson; and several grand nephews and nieces.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Morristown Baptist Church. Services were Wednesday at the Morristown Baptist Church. The Rev. Jack Kelley officiated, with burial following in the Morristown Cemetery.
